Cancellation Policy

A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment; however, full payment is not required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least four (4) hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee per scheduled service.

If, at the time of your appointment, the medical provider determines that you are not medically appropriate to receive services due to your current condition, incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosure, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, services will not be rendered and a $100 fee per scheduled service will apply.

By booking an appointment and accepting these terms, you authorize CLEARR Mobile IV Hydration to charge your credit card (or selected payment method) for all applicable services, fees, and taxes associated with your appointment, including any applicable cancellation fees.
